Come to the Creuse and taste the real thing, such as the "rabbit cooked in cider", or the "cake with hazelnuts", or the "pâté made with potatoes", or the "stuffed cepes", or "parasol mushrooms in a cream sauce", chestnuts, ... all made from natural products wich can be found in the region. We must also remind you that you can also choose poultry, mainly ducks, conserve of porc or duck, and many more specialities; no special order has been given to this list, because all dishes are excellent.
And I forgot to mentionour "coq au vin" and all the fish from our rivers and ponds. Do honour to our dishes and find out why our people live so long in the Creuse.
